We will evaluate the refund based on per case basis and Sri Walis reserve the right not to proceed with any refund request.
Cancellation Policy
Sri Walis may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. Refund will be issued and notification will be sent through the contact person under order details. The refund will be credited back to the same payment method such as bank account, debit card or credit card of the customer within a certain amount of days subjected to your financial institution.
