Plantation Advisor
KLEC Strata Office, Kuala Lumpur
Experienced in advising on agricultural / plantation supervising and other relevant experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visit and evaluate estate practices to conform with Group Policy and Manuals.
- Conduct regular review of agricultural policy / manuals and operational efficiency.
- Assess site yield potential, identify their limitations and suggest sound / practical improvement measures.
- Evaluate field losses and proposed solutions.
- Conduct land visit and area suitability assessment for oil palm and other crops.
- Ready to undertake specific improvement tasks or project from time to time.
Requirements:
- A Recognized Degree in Agriculture Science or its equivalent.
- 15 years of relevant work experience in estate management of which at least 8 years should be in the advisory capacity.
- Leadership qualities as well as highly developed problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages, both oral and written as well as good report writing skills.
- Expected to travel frequently.
Field Supervisor

Experienced in advising on agricultural / plantation management and other relevant experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be involved in the day-to-day field operation of the estates
- Involves the practical and supervisory roles in the field operations of the estates
Requirements:

- Willing to be based at other states in Peninsular Malaysia
Assistant Manager

Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or those with very good SPM or STPM results and who have passed all the requirements for Incorporated Society of Planters membership.
- Minimum 4 years’ working experience in oil palm plantations.
- Possess leadership qualities and able to work independently. Conversant with the use of personal computer is highly desirable.
- Willing to be based in West Malaysia Units.
Telemarketing Executive
